Paris, 16 September 2021. Louis de Lummen has been appointed as Director at Apax Partners Development, the investment team dedicated to small-cap investments.
Louis, 35 years old, began his career in 2011 at the Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets in London as Analyst in the Leverage Finance team. In 2013, he joined LBO France in Paris as Analyst, then as Investment Manager and finally became Investment Director before joining Apax. Louis holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Business Consulting from of ESCP-EUROPE. At Apax, Louis will be in charge of the analysis, structuring and monitoring of companies in which the Development team will invest.
