Paris, 14 October 2021 – To support its ambitions and continue its development in Continental Europe, Apax has reinforced its MidMarket and Development teams with the hiring of four new talents: Thibaut Bourlet – Senior Associate, Manuel Eandi and Thibaut Plominski – Associates, and Alexandre Moullé-Berteaux – Analyst.

Thibaut Bourlet – Senior Associate

Thibaut, 31, joined Apax in March 2021 as a Senior Associate in the Development team. Thibaut holds a degree from the ENSTA Paris (“Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées”) as a general engineer, as well as a dual degree in engineering from the National University of Singapore. He started his career at EY in 2015 as a Consultant in the Financial Modeling teams, before joining Eight Advisory in 2016 as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Services. Thibaut went on to spend over two years with Pechel as a Senior Associate, before joining Apax.

Manuel Eandi – Associate

Manuel, 31, is new recruit from Italy. After obtaining a degree from the Bocconi University in Milan, then from the ESCP Europe in 2016, he began his career at BNP Paribas AM in New York. In 2017, Manuel joined the Natixis Investment Banking division, working in London, Frankfurt and Paris as an Analyst then an Associate. Manuel has been involved in various LBO, financing and equity capital market operations. He joined Apax in May 2021 within the MidMarket – Consumer team.

Thibaut Plominski – Associate

Thibaut, 29, of Franco-Polish nationality, spent the first part of his life in Warsaw. He came to Paris in 2011 to begin his studies at the Paris Dauphine university, before moving on to London at the LSE. Thibaut began his career in Mergers-Acquisitions with PJT Partners in London in 2017, before joining Zaoui the following year, then Apax in March 2021 as an Associate with the MidMarket team.

Alexandre Moullé-Berteaux – Analyst

Alexandre, 26, was a trainee with Apax for the last 6 months of his studies. Since June 2021, he has been working as an Analyst within the Development team. He holds a degree from the Paris Dauphine University, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.

During his studies, Alexandre completed a number of internships as an Analyst in M&A and private equity with Quadrille Capital, Devoteam, Butler Capital Partners and Clearwater International.
