Paris, February 17th, 2022 – Apax, one of the leaders in private equity in Europe, announces the appointment of Henry Capelle as Partner in the Tech & Telecom team.
Apax’s Tech & Telecom team is composed of 12 professionals. They support small and mid-cap Tech & Telecom companies in Europe with high value-creation potential.
Apax now boasts a team of 14 Partners, reflecting both the firm’s performance and its ambitions.

Henry Capelle is 38 years old and a graduate of the HEC Business School in Paris.
Henry started his career in 2006 with Goldman Sachs in London before joining the Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris. In charge of coverage of French large caps, he was involved in numerous M&A, LBO and international IPO transactions.
Henry joined Apax’s Tech & Telecom team in 2011, managing the origination, analysis and execution of investment opportunities in France, the Benelux and Italy. He has developed a strong expertise in both software (notably industrial) and hybrid business models which combine services with software and hardware solutions.
