Paris, 12 October 2022 – Apax, a leading European private equity firm, announces the arrival of Paul-Louis Andrés as Operating Principal to round out the Sustainable Growth team lead by Grégory Salinger, Operating Partner – Digital & Sustainability.

Apax focuses its growth strategy on portfolio companies in four areas: digital transformation, sustainable growth (ESG – Environment, Social, Governance), operational excellence and scaling (acquisitions, internationalisation, management support).
The Sustainable Growth team, managed by Grégory Salinger and extended with the arrival of Dominica Adam in October 2021 as Chief Sustainability Officer, is strengthening its Operational Excellence pillar with the arrival of Paul-Louis Andrés as Operating Principal.
Aged 33, and a graduate from HEC with a master’s in research from the École Polytechnique in 2011, Paul-Louis began his career in the electrical vehicle sector at PSA before turning to strategic consulting with the Roland Berger firm.
His experience at Verescence, as head of the transformation plan, then gave him the opportunity to coordinate the restructuring of the company to support it in achieving Operational Excellence.
In 2018, Paul-Louis joined Shippeo, a French supply chain scale-up, as head of the Client Success department and member of the management committee, where he participated in the success of client development.
