Paris, January 9th 2024 – Seven2 welcomes two new talents: Océane Bardi as Operating Associate in the Sustainability team and Alexandre Gauthier as Senior Associate in the MidMarket Services team.
The arrival of these two talents is part of Seven2’s strategy to strengthen its sustainability and investment capabilities. The expertise of Océane and Alexandre will enable Seven2 to continue working towards responsible growth, while offering financial and extra-financial support to its portfolio companies.
Océane Bardi, 25, is a graduate of HEC Paris and began her career at INDEFI as a strategy and sustainable finance consultant. She has taken part in various consulting missions for private equity funds, including sustainability due diligence, the design of sustainable investment strategies and the definition of impact methodologies. Océane has developed expertise in circular economy and sustainable supply chain management.
Océane joins Seven2 as Operating Associate Sustainability, alongside Dominica Adam, Chief Sustainability Officer.
Their mission: to further integrate Sustainability within the core business of Seven2’s portfolio companies in order to develop and explore new value-creation opportunities.
Alexandre Gauthier, 30, is a graduate of ESSEC business school – Master of Economic Law at Sciences Po Paris, and of “École de formation du Barreau de Paris” (CAPA). He began his career in 2019 as an Analyst then Associate at Lazard in Paris, where he was involved in various types of M&A, LBO and financing transactions.
Alexandre joins Seven2 as Senior Associate in the MidMarket Services team. At the end of 2023, he was involved in the acquisition of Technipipe by our portfolio company Infraneo.
