Seven2 announces a series of promotions to support its European expansion

Blandine Cleyet-Merle, (35), is graduated from the École Centrale Paris and then from the Stanford University in 2010. She began her career as an Analyst in the Sales & Trading division of Morgan Stanley in London.

She then joined McKinsey where she worked as an engagement manager in the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors, before joining Seven2 in 2016 in the MidMarket team (midcaps).

Blandine has been promoted to Managing Director in the Healthcare team.

Martin Bouilleux, (36), is a graduate from the EM Lyon Business School.

Having begun his career in finance at Crédit du Nord, with initial Venture Capital experience at Céréa Capital, he joined Seven2 in 2018 within the Development team (smallcap).

Martin has been promoted to Managing Director.

Louis de Lummen, (38), is graduated from ESCP Europe and began his career in London in 2011 as a Leveraged Finance analyst at the Royal Bank of Canada.

He then joined LBO France as an analyst in 2013, and worked at the fund for eight years, becoming investment manager of the Mid-Cap team.

He joined Seven2 in 2021 as Director in the Development team.

Louis has been promoted to Managing Director. 

Thibaut Bourlet, (33), first trained as an engineer at ENSTA Paris and then studied at the National University of Singapore before starting his career at EY as a consultant in financial modeling.

He then joined the Transaction Services teams of Eight Advisory in 2016.
He transitioned to a career in the private equity sector in 2018 as a Senior Associate at Pechel and then joined Seven2 in 2021 in the Development team.

Thibaut has been promoted to Senior Principal.

Antoine Desjeux, (31), is graduated from the Audencia Business School. He started his career at Mazars, and then had his first private equity experience at Turenne Capital.

He joined EPF Partners as an Analyst in 2016 and then joined Seven2 in 2017 as part of the Development team.

Antoine has been promoted to Senior Principal.

Clément Barral, (31), is graduated from EDHEC Business School in 2016 and holds a master’s in management and a MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking. He started his career in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank in 2016.

Then he spent four years in the Large Cap M&A team of Rothschild & Co in Paris, before joining Seven2 in 2022 in the MidMarket team.

Clément has been promoted to Principal in the Healthcare & Services team.

Thibaut Plominski, (31), spent the first part of his life in Warsaw. He moved to France in 2011 to study at Paris-Dauphine, and then to the UK where he studied at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Thibaut began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at PJT Partners in 2017 before moving to Zaoui & Co the following year and then to Seven2 in 2021 in the MidMarket team.

Thibaut has been promoted to Principal in the Services team.

Manon Haefflinger, (32), after a master’s degree in business law (Université Paris-Nanterre) and a master’s degree in Criminal Business Law (Université Paris-Est Créteil), began her career in the banking sector before moving into private equity in 2018, as Compliance Officer in an asset management company.

She joined Seven2 in 2022.

Manon has been promoted to Deputy Chief Compliance Officer.
