Aida Benlamine (42 years old) is promoted to Partner Business & Corporate Development. She is in charge of managing Seven2 deal generation process across sectors and geographies. She also assists portfolio companies on their buy & build strategy and exit optimization. Going forward, Aida will take a new role of corporate development and strategy support, helping Seven2 navigate in a fast-moving private equity industry and remain at the forefront of product and process innovation.
Aida started her career in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers in London in 2006. She moved to Nomura in 2008 after Lehman Brothers’ bankruptcy. Aida focused on the Media and Telecom sectors in Europe and worked on various LBO, M&A and capital markets transactions.
Aida joined Seven2 in 2013.
She graduated from HEC Paris in 2006 with a degree in Finance.
Marco Conte (42 years old) is promoted to Partner. Since joining Seven2 in 2022, Marco is Head of Italy and has therefore taken part in several Italian transactions, including the recent aacquisition of Fulgard, an Italian leading company offering integrated services in health and safety for its clients’ workforce. He is also involved in the monitoring of AEB, a natural ingredients company focused on biotechnologies for the beverage sector.
Marco started his career at Merrill Lynch International Bank in 2006. Between 2007 and 2010 he worked as Investment Manager at Jupiter Finance. In 2010 he joined the private equity firm Trilantic Europe where he spent 12 years focusing on the investments in the Italian market.
He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a MSc in Finance, and earned a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Padua.
