Paris, July 22, 2025 – Seven2 announces the promotion of Martin Bouilleux to Partner within its Seven2 Development team, which focuses on small-cap investments.

Martin Bouilleux, 38, holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
He began his career in 2011 at Groupe Crédit du Nord as a Small & Mid Cap Financial Analyst, working on structured financing, business sales, and equity investment transactions.
In 2014, Martin joined Céréa Capital as an Investment Manager, supporting company growth through private equity deals. Martin joined Seven2 in 2018 as Principal within the Development team. He was promoted to Director in 2022, then to Managing Director in 2024.
Since joining Seven2, Martin has participated in several key transactions:
- The acquisition of Routin in 2019 (a French leader in syrups and flavored drink ingredients), and its sale in 2024 to Argos Wityu via its “Argos Climate Action Fund”,
- The acquisition and ongoing support of CEME (a multi-technical energy services provider involved in energy, digital, and industrial transitions) since 2022, of Pandat Finance (France’s leading broker in treasury placement for corporates, associations, and institutions) since 2022, and Olifan Group (a leading independent wealth management advisory firm) since 2024.
The Seven2 Development team now consists of 5 partners and a total of 12 professionals.
