Paris, April 9, 2026 – Seven2, a Pan-European mid-market Private Equity firm, announces the promotion of three team members, in recognition of their significant contributions to the firm and its portfolio companies:
- Thibaut Bourlet, promoted to Director, Development team (small cap),
- Antoine Desjeux, promoted to Director, Development team (small cap),
- Manon Haefflinger, appointed Chief Compliance Officer.

Thibaut Bourlet (35), first trained as an engineer at ENSTA Paris and then studied at the National University of Singapore before starting his career at EY as a consultant in financial modeling.
He then joined the Transaction Services team of Eight Advisory in 2016.
Thibaut transitioned to a career in the private equity sector in 2018 as a Senior Associate at Pechel before joining Seven2’s Development team in 2021. Thibaut has been promoted to Director.
Antoine Desjeux (34), graduated from the Audencia Business School. He started his career at Mazars and then had his first private equity experience at Turenne Capital.
Antoine joined EPF Partners as an Analyst in 2016 and then joined Seven2 in 2017 as part of the Development team. Antoine has been promoted to Director.
Manon Haefflinger (34), after a master’s degree in business law (Université Paris-Nanterre) and a master’s degree in Corporate criminal law (Université Paris-Est Créteil), began her career in the banking sector before moving into private equity in 2018, as Compliance Officer at an asset management firm.
Manon joined Seven2 as Compliance Officer in 2022. Manon has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer.
