Frankfurt am Main / Munich, 25 June 2026 – Seven2 supports the partnership of HRK LUNIS with Eyb & Wallwitz under a shared group. This strategic partnership creates one of the leading independent wealth management groups in the German-speaking region, with assets under management of approximately €11 billion.
The new group brings together complementary strengths in serving private and institutional clients across both wealth management and asset management. Both firms will continue to operate under their established brands, maintain their proven investment strategies and market positioning, and benefit from each other’s expertise under a shared roof. For clients and business partners, the collaboration will remain defined by familiar points of contact, the same quality of service, and existing fund solutions and services. At the same time, the new group structure opens up additional opportunities for growth, innovation and the development of new client segments.
The partnership is also reflected at the shareholder level: HRKL GmbH & Co. KG will acquire a majority stake in Eyb & Wallwitz Vermögensmanagement GmbH as the holding entity. Going forward, Seven2, the existing shareholders of HRK LUNIS AG, Dr. Georg von Wallwitz and Olivier Kuetgens will all hold stakes in the combined holding. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
HRK LUNIS and Eyb & Wallwitz both serve high-net-worth private clients as well as institutional investors such as foundations and pension funds.
HRK LUNIS focuses in particular on the personalised management of high-net-worth private clients, entrepreneurs and their families. The firm takes a holistic approach encompassing wealth management, investment advisory and family office services through its subsidiary WERTIQ. HRK LUNIS is also distinguished by decades of expertise in private markets, providing selective access to high-quality investment opportunities that are often difficult to access.
Eyb & Wallwitz has established itself as a trusted partner for independent financial and wealth advisors, banks and savings banks through its award-winning Phaidros Funds. The Munich-based asset manager also serves family offices and institutional investors through tailored mandates and specialist funds – a key differentiator and central pillar of its offering.
Dr. Georg von Wallwitz, founder of Eyb & Wallwitz, declared: “With this step, we are creating a reliable long-term framework for the next phase of growth at Eyb & Wallwitz. Our investment philosophy, our culture and our commitment to excellent asset management remain unchanged. At the same time, this move gives us the opportunity to reach new client groups, develop our product offering and strengthen our market position. For our clients and employees, we remain a stable, attractive and forward-looking partner and employer.”
Andreas Brandt, CEO of HRK LUNIS, added: “We are delighted to have Eyb & Wallwitz as a partner, and to be creating together the conditions for the next phase of growth. HRK LUNIS and Eyb & Wallwitz share a strong commitment to excellence in the management and advisory of high-net-worth private clients and institutional investors. Our shared values and strong cultural alignment are central to our future development together.”
Florian Wolff, Head of DACH region for Seven2, added: “The partnership with Eyb & Wallwitz is a perfect fit for HRK LUNIS’s strategy to build a leading independent wealth management platform in the DACH region. At Seven2, we are honoured to back the combined team and look forward to their exciting growth journey.”
