Paris, October 19, 2026 – Seven2, a Pan-European mid-market Private Equity firm, announces the arrival of two new professionals within its Development investment team:
- Guillaume Cerbelaud, Principal ;
- Étienne Baudoin, Associate.
These appointments strengthen Seven2 Development’s expertise in supporting high-growth-potential SMEs. Guillaume and Etienne bring complementary experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and strategic advisory. Their arrival reflects Seven2’s ambition to further develop its Development activity and support companies in their growth and value creation initiatives.
Guillaume Cerbelaud (34), graduated from HEC Paris with a Master in Management, specialising in Strategic Management.
He began his career in 2018 at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he joined the European Graduate Programme before moving into the Operating Management team. In 2020, he joined Accuracy as an Associate, advising companies on financial and strategic matters.
In 2022, Guillaume joined Calcium Capital as an Investment Manager and was promoted to Senior Investment Manager in 2025.
Etienne Baudoin (29), graduated from ESSEC Business School.
He began his career in mergers and acquisitions and private equity through several experiences, notably at Degroof Petercam and IK Partners.
In 2022, Etienne joined Sycomore Corporate Finance, where he worked on M&A transactions and advised management teams on strategic and financial matters.
