Created 30 years ago, Groupe Crystal is a leading network of Financial Advisors (FAs), focusing on the distribution of financial products to the upper-affluent and HNWI (High net worth individual) segments.
The company offers its clients a 360° approach to wealth management, by proposing financial advice, financial products, real estate selection, personal protection and health insurance, tax engineering, as well as credit brokerage.
With the acquisitions of PID Distribution and Opti Finance in the first half of 2024, the group now has more than 1,000 employees. Crystal is present in France, as well as in Spain, Luxembourg, Polynesia, Tunisia, La Réunion, UAE and Hong Kong.

Why did we invest?
As a leading network of Financial Advisors (FAs), Crystal is a platform on a growing and fragmented market. The company has a unique value proposition for specific professional groups, either as intermediaries (chartered accountants, notaries) or end-clients (French expatriates, professional sportsmen).
Crystal’s business model is resilient, with a proportion of recurring revenue and an asset-light structure with cash generation. The management team has a clear strategic vision and track-record in both organic growth and acquisitions.
How do we intend to create value?
Our investment thesis is based on several drivers: (i) organic growth driven by market share gains and new product launches; (ii) leverage Crystal as an IFA platform to industrialize M&A; (iii) digitalization of both customer experience and back-office processes; (iv) roll-out of a ESR strategy.
