Dstny is Belgium’s fourth largest telecom operator and by far the country’s leading alternative player, while also boasting solid positions as a challenger in France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
Initially an operator of connectivity and communications solutions in Belgium, Dstny has in the space of a few years grown into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of business communications platforms with its own technology and infrastructure.

Why did we invest?
Dstny offers communications services in the cloud (thus making it possible to standardise the whole spectrum of business communications tools). It is Belgium’s leading alternative operator and the country’s fourth largest B2B telecom operator. It is among the very few players operating on a pan-European scale, with solid positions as a challenger in France, the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.
Dstny caters to a particularly attractive market segment. It is able to tap into the double-digit growth being generated by the increasing adoption of cloud services in an underexploited market which, moreover, is still highly fragmented and thus offers considerable scope for consolidation.
Dstny is led by a remarkably close-knit founding team with a particularly entrepreneurial mindset. It has its own differentiating technology and provides services of the highest standards of quality and innovation, which means that it is perfectly poised to thrive in this extremely attractive market.
How do we intend to create value?
Seven2 seeks to boost Dstny’s growth by pursuing an ambitious external growth strategy and by beefing up its organisation and technological platform to create a leading pan-European provider of cloud business communications services.
