The company was founded in 2005 with the objective to build an extended and highly flexible SaaS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution. In 2021, Efficy made the transformative acquisition of Apsis, a European leader in Marketing Automation based in Sweden.
Based in Brussels, the group is present in over 15 countries in Europe, with more than 450 employees, and in excess of 9,000 clients.
