Why did we invest?

RK LUNIS operates in the large and growing German wealth management market. Future growth is driven by various tailwinds, such as the increasing participation in financial markets, the continuously growing financial wealth, and the increasing importance of independent wealth managers vs. other channels.

The company is positioned as one of the only consolidation platforms within the DACH market and has a proven acquisition platform (3 acquisitions conducted over the past 3 years, incl. a transformational merger). The German and Swiss markets are highly fragmented providing ample M&A opportunities to continue buy-and-build.

HRK LUNIS’ business model is differentiated and resilient, with a proportion of recurring revenues, its outstanding client engagement, high level of expertise, and its broad offering for HNW and UHNW client (incl. PE and family office). The management team has a clear strategic vision and track-record in both organic growth and acquisitions.

How do we intend to create value?

Together with Seven2, HRK LUNIS aims at continuing it successful organic growth trajectory by further expanding its footprint, evolving its product offering, including within alternative asset classes, and optimizing its digital capabilities to drive maximum customer benefits.

Building on its successful track record, HRK LUNIS will also continue to pursue an active acquisition strategy. HRK LUNIS offers its future partners and their customers a highly attractive proposition, including a market leading investment office, full support on regulatory and compliance related topics, and strong IT capabilities.
