Headquartered in Paris, InfoVista is a leading software provider of network performance solutions to over 1,500 customers in more than 150 countries.

Infovista is structured into 2 businesses:

• Global Networks (5G and Network Lifecycle for telecom operators): network testing and measurement, network planning & optimisation, service assurance,
• Global Contact Center (Hammer for large contact centers): end-to-end automated testing, monitoring & troubleshooting.

Why did we invest?

InfoVista is a leading worldwide software provider in Network Lifecycle Automation, operating in a large and growing market underpinned by secular growth trends (e.g. 5G rollout, SD-WAN). The company has a well-balanced global footprint with products distributed to leading telecom operators and large enterprises in 150+ countries. It has a strong buy-and-build track record and numerous opportunities to acquire new technologies and/or enter adjacent markets by pursuing its build-up strategy.

How do we intend to create value?

Our investment thesis consists to:

• drive growth in historical businesses with larger contracts gaining traction,
• materialise cross-selling synergies with the Ipanema business (acquired in 2015),
• continue the buy-and-build strategy.
