Why did we invest ?

The email security and cyber risk awareness markets are particularly attractive due to their growth profiles and resilience.
Mailinblack is developing a differentiating user-centric product approach for SMEs, benefiting from well managed distribution channels.
The quality of the company’s business model is reflected in its leading SaaS indicators.
We were convinced by the vision of the leader and the qualities of the management team and by its ambitions in terms of innovation in a market with potential for organic growth and acquisitions.

How do we intend to create value ?

While continuing to benefit from the growth of the underlying market, the objective is to accelerate the organic development and acquisition of adjacent products in order to complete the cybersecurity offering (password management, web security, file sharing, etc.) and to benefit from the significant cross-selling capacity of the customer portfolio.
The structuring of the reseller networks will be continued with an emphasis on high-volume MSP (“Managed Services Provider”).
The focus on SME customers goes hand in hand with a desire to automate the acquisition of very small business customers by structuring targeted and packaged offers.
Systematic management of pricing policies for direct and indirect channels and optimisation of upsell and cross-sell strategies will allow profitability gains to be exploited effectively.
The development of geographical coverage in France and abroad will be one of Mailinblack’s main expansion objectives over the next years.
