The company is amongst the largest players in the Netherlands where it brings missions critical cloud infrastructure and IT managed services to over 3,000 midsized companies. The group serves it customer via 2 subsidiaries: the Previder brand focused on Dutch midsized companies in various industry verticals as well as public entities and a dedicated subsidiary serving the educational sector.

Operating from 3 offices in the Netherlands, the group serves the IT needs of its customers via 2 state-of-the-art own Data Centres and thanks to the trusted expertise of 650+ employees.

Why did we invest?

Founded in 1990 by its CEO Hans Leescher, Odin has since grown into a leading managed IT services provider for the Dutch mid-market. Odin has notably built strong positions with attractive value propositions in targeted verticals such as healthcare, housing, and education.

Odin is uniquely position on the large, fast-growing and fragmented Dutch IT services market, which is supported by strong and persistent tailwinds. Over the last few years, it has refined its long-term strategy, which led to updating its go-to-market through selective acquisitions to boost its service offering and geographic or vertical coverage.

Led by a cohesive and experienced management team, Odin has almost doubled in size since 2019 and has demonstrated capabilities of organic growth and buy-and-build, with ambition to accelerate.

How do we intend to create value?

Seven2 objective is to create the leading managed services provider addressing the SMEs market in the Netherlands by pursuing a geographical expansion, grow the company’s presence in existing verticals, expand the service offering and leverage expertise while continuing to operate as a one-stop-shop for clients, and conduct transformational M&A.
