With the support of Seven2, Olifan is positioning itself as a key player in the consolidation of the fragmented IFA market, having already completed six acquisitions over the past 12 months. This strategy is built on the company’s distinctive expertise, strong brand recognition within the sector, and geographic footprint, which facilitates both deal sourcing and integration.

Olifan is a leading player in this sector, with a critical size and an established network that position it as one of the best-placed firms to drive market consolidation. The management team is fully committed to this external growth strategy, as demonstrated by the six acquisitions completed in the 12 months prior to Seven2’s investment in the company.

How do we intend to create value?

Our ambition is to leverage Seven2’s experience in supporting buy-and-build strategies to successfully execute the external growth plan alongside the management team, while unlocking the full potential of the existing business and maintaining its strong historical growth trajectory.
