Why did we invest?
The BtoB cash brokerage market is a young, fast-growing market in which Pandat Finance plays a leading role.
Pandat Finance benefits from a resilient business model thanks to a high proportion of recurring revenues and the loyalty of its customers. The founding directors constitute a solid and ambitious pair and their growth path is a testimony of their strategic vision.
How do we intend to create value?
We aim at supporting Pandat’s growth by reinforcing both the middle management and the product and sales teams. Recent openings in Lyon and Bordeaux have demonstrated the potential for regional development. Five new openings are planned in the coming years.
The digital lever will also be a key catalyst for progress in terms of operational and commercial efficiency.
