Why did we invest?

Seven2’s majority investment alongside Finoli is designed to give the School of Arts group the means to double in size in the short term, either through organic growth or via a policy of targeted acquisitions in France and Europe, in order to make it the benchmark platform in private higher education dedicated to artistic and creative professions.

How do we intend to create value?

The aim is to double in size in the short term, either through organic growth or via a policy of targeted acquisitions in France and Europe, in order to make School of Arts the benchmark platform in private higher education dedicated to artistic and creative professions.

With its large student base, School of Arts also aims to leverage its expertise in supporting students from their first year through to professional integration.

In addition, by pursuing its external growth strategy, the group will be able to consolidate its existing academic clusters, as well as broaden its training offering around complementary professions.

Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
