France Invest Gender Parity Charter
Seven2 is proud to have signed the Gender Parity Charter of the association France Invest. This sets the following goals for its member firms:
- 25% of senior jobs occupied by women by 2030 and 30% by 2035
- 40% of all jobs occupied by women in investment teams by 2030
- 30% of women in executive teams by 2030 in firms supported by members of France Invest
