What inspires Ahmed?
Ahmed is deeply inspired by the history and vibrant energy of global cities. Outside the office, he practices street photography to capture the essence of urban landscapes like Paris and London, and has a keen interest in exploring the architecture of late nineteenth-century Belle Époque hotels.
He also maintains his focus and drive through high-intensity interval training and by participating in 5K and 10K running races across Europe.

Education and experience
Ahmed graduated in Law from The College of Law of England and Wales, holds an LLB from the University of Sunderland, and studied Business and Political Science at The American University in Cairo.
He began his career as a banking lawyer at Clifford Chance before joining BlackRock, where he worked with institutional investors across EMEA as a PE Product Specialist. He then spent nearly seven years at Hamilton Lane, advising international institutional investors on private markets investments and concurrently participating fundraising intiatives, before serving as Executive Director at Nordic Capital.
He joined Seven2 in 2026 as Director – Head of International Institutions.
