Why private equity? Why Seven2?
As a multi-disciplinary business with numerous challenges to meet on a daily basis, private equity drew Baptiste in with its ability to blend its technical financial issues with human relations and support for companies. To him, this was also an opportunity to work with passionate entrepreneurs, help them develop their companies, and to have every, fulfilling day at work to be different from all the other days.
Baptiste naturally chose Seven2, as he found there what drives him forward: an entrepreneurial culture, an exciting environment, and the opportunity to develop alongside brilliant and passionate people.
What inspires Baptiste?
Baptiste is both curious by nature and a sports fan. He enjoys diving, both in France and elsewhere, as much as he likes rugby. He played rugby in school and it provides him with a perfect balance between challenges, combat and moments of camaraderie. Baptiste is outgoing and likes to spend time with his friends and family, splitting his time between Paris, Corrèze (in southwestern France) and Bretagne.

Education and experience
Baptiste is an ESCP Business School graduate, and he discovered mergers and acquisitions during an internship at Amala Partners.After completing his internship at Seven2 and his final year of study, he officially joined the Development team in 2023.
