Baudouin
Delcampe

Baudouin Delcampe is Principal in Development team.

Why private equity? Why Seven2?

Baudouin primarily sees private equity as human and financial support for passionate and ambitious managers and operational teams. He enjoys working in a team and getting involved with companies for their transformation and development projects, and feels rewarded by helping to make them more attractive and competitive. He is also keen to discover new sectors, new business models and new management styles, which makes private equity a comprehensive and exciting profession.

He chose Seven2 Development for its people-friendly organisation, but also for the opportunity to learn the investor’s trade surrounded by experts providing support to management teams in particularly fast-moving and innovative sectors.

Passions and inspirations

Baudouin is a team player, both at work and at play. A fan of team sports and among friends, he notably plays rugby, which gives him the opportunity to challenge himself personally and to achieve ambitious goals collectively. Keen to discover new places, he also enjoys mountain hiking and cycling, opening up new horizons.
