When she joined Seven2 in 2017, Caroline knew she was going to be in good company. Seven2 is a center of shared knowledge and intelligence, driven by women and men who strive to create sustainable growth, both within Seven2 and with the companies they support.

What inspires Caroline Remus?

With a thirst for curiosity and a passion for sharing, Caroline likes to encounter diverse personalities and form relationships of open exchange. She especially loves meeting and learning from exceptional people and amazing entrepreneurs, and she believes the investment world is full of such opportunities.

Caroline likes to listen, and she rejoices when one of her proposals is adopted and implemented. She appreciates participating in a company’s many phases development and seeing it evolve towards different forms of sustainability.

Education and experience

After graduating from the Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon and the École Nationale du Génie Rural des Eaux et des Forêts, Caroline worked for the Ministry of Agriculture as Head of the Bureau of Specialized Financing of Agro-Food Industries.
 
She then joined the Banexi M&A team, then the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas CF. After a few years at Crédit Agricole Indosuez CF, she became a director of the iXEN Private Equity Fund in 2002, then CEO of IDI before joining EPF Partners in 2012 and finally, Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2017.
