Federico draws inspiration from great leaders in sports, particularly in his favorite disciplines, tennis and football. Johan Cruyff and Roger Federer, who revolutionized their game by intuitively understanding decisive moments, inspire him both professionally and personally.

Education and experience
Graduated from Sciences Po Paris in International Economic Policy, with a specialization in environment and sustainability, Federico began his career with several experiences in research and ESG, notably at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei in Milan, then at Amundi and Pivot & Co in Paris. In 2023, he joined ERM (Environmental Resources Management) in Paris as a Sustainable Finance Consultant, advising international financial institutions on integrating sustainability throughout the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on ESG due diligence, sustainable value creation, and EU regulatory compliance. Federico joined Seven2 in 2025 as an Associate Value Creation – Sustainability.
