Why private equity?
Private equity was a natural choice for Henry as he likes to combine hands-on support to entrepreneurs with his financial and sector expertise. In his role at Seven2, Henry enjoys being an integral part of almost every stage of a company’s life, whether its growth, capital needs, hard times, successes or acquisitions.
Henry particularly likes Seven2 dynamic approach to serving its clients through meaningful discussions and close relationships with the management teams. He sees this as instrumental to helping entrepreneurs and managers achieve high-impact results. Henry also appreciates the continually evolving changes happening in the technology sector and notably the emergence of new and often disruptive business models.
What inspires Henry Capelle?
Henry sees himself as someone who brings a positive perspective to his work. Curious by nature, he finds inspiration in learning a broad range of subjects from the simple to the more complex. In essence, he strives to understand.
It is important for him to take the time to talk with people, understand what motivates them, and put himself in their shoes, whether it’s working with entrepreneurs and business leaders or with his team. As someone who loves constant movement, he appreciates being in a vibrant environment where he continually meets new people and works on new projects, which is often the case in the Tech & Telecom space.
