What inspires Ian?
Ian is passionate about sports and keeping an active lifestyle. He likes nothing more than to play football in his spare time, a sport he has practiced his entire life. If football is not possible, he diverges to squash, running or any other sport related activity. Additionally, he is a devoted supporter of AFC Ajax and the Dutch national football team.

Education and experience
Ian holds a MSc Econometrics and Management Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a MSc Finance from Bocconi University. After internships at Nielen Schuman, Jefferies and Saemor Capital in the Netherlands, Ian started his career in 2021 at Moelis and Company in Amsterdam, where he sat in the Benelux team.
He joined Seven2 in 2024 in the MidMarket team.
