Why private equity? Why Seven2?

Passionate about the intellectual challenge and building the trust necessary to identify the best companies to work with, Jason sees private equity as the ideal field for combining strategic rigor and decision-making. After twelve years of experience in investment banking and private equity, he thrives on the challenge of becoming the best partner to support management teams in their projects over the long term.

The choice of Seven2 was an obvious one, as it is a long-standing player in the mid-market that combines agility, ambition, and international reach. He was attracted by the firm’s collaborative and supportive culture, where technical expertise is coupled with a genuine spirit of partnership with entrepreneurs.

What inspires Jason?

Fond of sports and fitness, Jason particularly enjoys challenging himself and is constantly striving to improve. He is also a big fan of music—he has long enjoyed playing in bands with friends and goes to concerts several times a year—and cinema.

These are passions he now shares with his family, especially his two children, to whom he devotes much of his free time.
