As a law graduate, Manon is passionate about defending the interests of the companies for which she works.
Private equity is subject to many regulations, and Manon’s role is to make sure that the company’s procedures comply with the regulations.
Manon was drawn to Seven2 by its reputation and appreciates the work environment, organised on a human scale, in which she can operate independently while working alongside sector experts.
Passions and inspirations
Manon is a travel enthusiast who above all likes to be able to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. She is very communicative and finds these experiences rewarding, enriching both her personal and professional life.

Education and experience
After gaining a Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law from Paris-Est Créteil University, Manon began her career in the banking sector, before moving into private equity in 2018 as a Compliance Officer at a management company. She joined Seven2 in 2022.
