As a graduate from two business schools with a background in banking, Manuel likes how private equity can conciliate finance with his passion for entrepreneurship. Private equity allows him to contribute positively to the real economy and help entrepreneurs and mid-size businesses succeed in a constantly changing and challenging environment.

What inspires Manuel Eandi?
Manuel is passionate about continuously learning alongside inspiring people, whether they’re outstanding private equity professionals or entrepreneurs who, through hard work, vision and perseverance, create excellence and contribute to real economic development.
He is fascinated by nature and enjoys spending his free time in it, whether on top of the Italian Alps or beside the crystal blue waters of the French Riviera. Manuel is also passionate about cooking and slow food.

Education and experience
After graduating from Bocconi University and then ESCP Europe in 2016, Manuel began his career in 2016 at BNP Paribas AM in New York. In 2017 he joined the Investment Banking division at Natixis within the London, Frankfurt and Paris offices as an Analyst and then Associate. He was involved in various LBO, financing and capital-market transactions. He joined Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2021 on the Consumer team.
