After beginning her career in wealth management and then in investment banking, Olivia was soon drawn to private equity, an asset class eagerly sought out and appreciated by private and institutional clients. Private equity provides an opportunity for involvement in companies’ development and growth and for working closely with managers. Personal relationships matter a lot to Olivia, who enjoys forming long-lasting ties with investors, while studying their needs and expectations. Olivia also likes working synergetically with various teams to ensure that clients are satisfied, to facilitate fundraising and to bring winning projects to fruition.
As a long-standing benchmark player in the sector, Seven2 soon looked like an obvious choice for Olivia. There, she found talented, professional and demanding individuals, all working as a true team.
Passions and inspirations
Energetic and curious, Olivia likes to take on challenges, without setting any limits for herself. This is why she is so athletic and particularly enjoys running and swimming. Beyond meeting challenges, she also savours life’s simple pleasures while enjoying quiet moments with her family, including her two young children.

Education and experience
As a holder of a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School, Olivia supplemented her studies with a semester at ESAN University in Lima, Peru, as part of an MBA. She began her career at BNP Paribas, first as a Wealth Management Analyst, then as a CIB Financial Institution Associate. She worked there closely with renowned institutional clients such as Allianz, Aviva, Swiss Life, Generali and Malakoff Humanis. As Head of Investor Relations at Adaxtra Capital, she raised more than 130 million euros in one year and established solid relations with institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth clients, thus expanding Adaxtra’s network of investors. She joined Seven2 as Head of French-speaking Institutional Investors in 2023.
