Paris, 2 September 2026 – Seven2, a leading European private equity firm, is significantly strengthening its Investor Relations & Capital Formation team. Aida Ben Lamine has been appointed Head of Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development, while Ahmed Khalil joins the firm as Director, Head of International Institutions.

Aida Ben Lamine (44) is promoted to Head of Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development.
Since joining in 2013, Aida, Partner, has been central to the firm’s development, leading Business & Corporate Development across all strategies and playing a key role in Seven2’s successful geographic expansion across Europe.
Her deep industry knowledge, natural ability to build trusted relationships, and her commercial drive will continue to be a key asset in accelerating Seven2’s fundraising ambitions.
Prior to joining Seven2, Aida spent seven years in London at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, advising on LBO, M&A and IPO transactions.

Ahmed Khalil (40) joins as Director and Head of International Institutions.
As Seven2 deepens its engagement with international LPs, Ahmed’s extensive network and fifteen years of fundraising experience across leading private equity firms make him ideally placed to deepen Seven2’s engagement with international investors.
Four additional professionals will join Seven2’s Investor Relations & Capital Formation team over the coming months, further strengthening the firm’s fundraising capabilities and supporting its long-term growth strategy.
